All personal information collected at the time of purchase is only used by GreenCountertopsDirect.com for order processing and fulfillment, order records and statistics. We do not sell or distribute customer’s contact information unless required by law. Occasionally GreenCountertopsDirect.com will notify customers about new products, promotions and DIY information. If you do not wish to receive this information and wish to be removed from our mailing list please contact: email@example.com.

Shipping and Returns Policy
PaperStone® panels are made to order and will be shipped to you within two weeks of order placement. PaperStone® sample orders will be shipped on the next business day after you place your order. You may refer to the link provided with your emailed order confirmation to view the status of your order and obtain tracking information. Delays in processing or shipping will be communicated within one business day.
PaperStone® sample orders will be shipped to your specified shipping address via USPS or UPS, depending upon weight. Due to the size and weight of PaperStone® panels, most panel orders will be palletized and shipped via common carrier. Customers need to be present to receive their delivery and have helpers available to assist with the unloading. Drivers are not allowed to help.
PaperStone® weighs 1.8 pounds per square foot per ¼” in thickness. For example, a 30” x 6’ panel that is ¾” thick weighs 81 pounds and a 30” x 12’ panel that is 1 ¼” thick weighs 270 pounds. The pallet and packaging will add additional weight. Smaller panels, weighing less than 80 pounds, may be shipped via UPS.
All returns or claim requests, including for freight-damaged or defective panels, must be initiated within 15 business days of order receipt. You must contact us at support@GreenCounterTopsDirect.com or 888-655-5040 to obtain a Return Material Authorization and start the return or claim process. In the case of freight damage, be sure to retain all packaging material and, if possible, provide pictures of the damage.
For merchandise that is defective due to a GreenCountertopsDirect.com error, purchase and any freight costs will be reimbursed. GreenCountertopsDirect.com will also assist in filing freight-damage claims with the carrier. Otherwise, all freight costs related to returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
In order to receive credit for the full amount of the purchase, the product must be received by GreenCountertopsDirect.com in its original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Your return will be processed with seven business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to your credit card.
